- These Terms of Sale (“Terms of Sale”) govern your purchase of member listing service on or through any of the websites owned, controlled, operated or hosted (whether now or in the future) by Notions United LLC. By using any services on or through any of the PECOPECO!NY, you affirmatively acknowledge that you have read and understand these Terms of Sale, and agree to be bound by them as in effect at the time of your purchase.
- Terms of Sale
- These Terms of Sale are subject to change by PECOPECO!NY from time to time. In the event of such changes, we will post the changes on the website and/or notify you via email. Also, we may ask you to review and consent to the changes at the time of your next purchase on or through any of the PECOPECO!NY. Changes to these Terms of Sale shall apply to any purchases made after such notice and consent. Please review these Terms of Sale prior to each purchase so you will understand the terms applicable to such transaction. If you do not agree to these Terms of Sale, do not make any purchases on or through the PECOPECO!NY Sites.
Please read these terms of sale carefully as they contain important information regarding your legal rights, remedies and obligations. These include various limitations and exclusions, and a dispute resolution clause that governs how disputes will be resolved.
- Member Listing Service
- The PECOPECO!NY will post restaurant information on the PECOPECO!NY’s various pages with following information.
Cuisine/area, restaurant name, location, contact information, dress code, acceptable credit card, parking, map, menu, photographs
- The fee for your member listing and terms
- The fee for your member listing is $10.00/month and minimum commitment is for one year.
- Start day of your member listing service and expiration date
- Your member listing service starts on the day when your payment has been accepted and the listing is uploaded to PECOPECO!NY site. It will expire 366 days after your member listing service started.
- Making Purchases
- When you confirm a transaction on PECOPECO!NY, you agree to be bound by and pay for that transaction. Please make sure when you transact your payment since it is a final sale. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to any products or services sold on or through PECOPECO!NY.
- Payment
- Those who purchase a member listing agrees to pay all applicable fees for services in effect at the time of registration and/or renewal, subject to these terms as same may be modified by PECOPECO!NY from time to time.
- Payment method and duration of the participation
- We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover credit cards and certain debit cards, as forms of payment. By submitting an order on or through the PECOPECO!NY s, you authorize Notions United LLC, or its designated payment processor, to charge the purchase amount (and in the event of a contract renewal, you authorize Notions United LLC, or its designated payment processor, to automatically charge the renewal amount) to the credit card/debit card account you specified. No purchase will become effective unless and until your payment has been accepted and processed. All payments are to be made in United States Dollars. Notions United LLC reserves the right to report, investigate and prosecute to the fullest extent required or permitted under applicable law, any fraudulent, unauthorized or otherwise unlawful use of any credit card or debit card by any person on or through the PECOPECO!NY.
- Renewal of advance listing
- As a courtesy and not as an obligation (contractual or otherwise), Thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of restaurant’s member listing, Notions United will notify you via email. Also, we may ask you to review and consent to the changes at the time of your next purchase on or through any of the PECOPECO!NY sites. Changes to these Terms of Sale shall apply to any purchases made after such notice and consent.
- Cancellation of services and refund policy
- PECOPECO!NY provides a 30-day money back guarantee for your member listing. Refund will be reduced $10 per restaurant as a nonrefundable handling fee. Cancellations after 30 Days can not be made.
- Sharing your content and information
- You own all of the content and information you post on PECOPECO!NY and you give PECOPECO!NY a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any of your contents that you post on or in connection with PECOPECO!NY.
- Right to terminate
- PECOPECO!NY reserves the right to terminate your member listing at any time for any breach or violation by you of the PECOPECO!NY’s Terms of Sale. In the event of such termination, you will not be entitled to any refund of the advanced listing participation fee previously paid by you.
You are responsible for any and all applicable sales, use and other taxes, duties, and governmental fees and charges payable in connection with your purchase made on or through the PECOPECO!NY Sites. If you do not pay such taxes or fees on a transaction, you will be responsible for such taxes or fees in the event that they are later determined to be payable on such sale, and Notions United LLC reserves the right to collect or withhold such taxes or fees from you at any time.

- Please review the “Terms & Conditions” and “Private Policy” carefully before using this website. By joining PECOPECO!NY ‘s listing services, you confirms agreement to all or our terms and conditions. Do not join the listing services if you are not in agreement with the listed term and conditions.
