- A prize cannot be redeemed.
- One entry per person, no bulk or third party entries.
- The restaurant nomination for the Japanese Restaurant Awards, “New Yorker’s choice is open to all NYC & Tri-State residents (over the age of 18 in alcohol, tobacco or travel-related competitions, or in other cases as stated) except employees of Notions United LLC, the companies or organizations with whom the competition or offer is being run, their agents or anyone directly connected with the promotion.
- The prize is a $100.00 dinner certificate and more prizes may be added during the time of nomination. The added prized will be announce on the website of the Japanese Restaurant Award’s New Yorker’s choice award page.
- Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or re-sale.
- Notions United LLC makes no warranty or representation whatsoever in respect of the prizes including, but without limitation as to the quality of the prizes or their suitability for any purpose.
- All entries and copyright in them automatically become the property of Notions United LLC.
- Notions United LLC will only use the information you supply for the purposes of administering this award and marketing its services or products.
